On 19 September, 2018, judged by the competition expert committee, the team led by SAA student won the champion of Geek Experience Innovation in the 2018 Computing Conference, standing out from the crowd of colleges and start-ups.
This competition was jointly initiated by Ali Cloud IoT business department, Jiyoujia and Taohuayuan Foundation. There are two themes in the competition: wildlife protection and smart home. More than 500 geeks from universities, start-up companies and listed companies across China participated in this competition. After intense preliminaries and semi-finals, ten teams made it to the final competition. At last, the team led by SAA student won the championship with their excellent project “Smart Eagle Eye System”.
