State Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Mechanics

Zhejiang University Experimental Teaching Center of Mechanics was founded in 2003, and was rated as the State Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in 2006. It has been successfully passed the acceptance inspection in 2012. The center carries out open, innovative and initiative teaching modes, systems as well as equipments.

State Engineering Course Research Center of Mechanics

The State Engineering Course Research Center of Mechanics of Zhejiang University was founded in 1996, being one of the six University Mechanics Centers of Ministry of Education.

The center is jointly established by the Department of Mechanics and the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture. It undertakes five main courses in ZJU which are Theoretical Mechanics, Material Mechanics, Engineering Mechanics, Structural Mechanics and Engineering Fluid Mechanics (Hydraulics).
