Prof YE Lin from Sydney University visited Zhejiang University from 16 to 17 May, 2021.
In the morning of 17 May, Prof LIN meet with members of Prof CHEN Weiqiu’s research group. Prof YE shared his work and research experience in China and Australia, as well as his work plan in the future. Doctor WANG Jiao and Doctoral candidate in the research group introduced their latest research result. After meeting, Prof LIN visited the Lab of Intelligent Materials and Structures.
In the afternoon, Prof YE Lin made an academic report on “3D Printing of Continuous Fibre Composites - Issues and Challenges” to teachers and students from School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, School of Materials Science and Engineering, College of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
Prof YE Lin is a professor and director of Center for Advanced Materials Technology in Sydney University. His research interests include composite materials, nanomaterials, intelligent materials and structures, structural integrity and durability.
