The laboratory is supervised by the Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province, based on the Institute of Aeronautic Electronic Engineering /Research Center of Microwave Millimeter Wave Radio Frequency Technolgoy, and jointly constructed by Zhejiang Chengchang Technology Co., Ltd. and Great Microwave Technolgoy Co., Ltd. It is an innovative laboratory that combines production, education and research. The laboratory mainly researches on semiconductor technology, device modeling technolgoy, packaging technology, reliabiligy analysis and testing techniques.
