The high-end digital prototype system (HEDP), which won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Zhejiang Province in 2016, is applied to the design and analysis tasks of multiple aircrafts and engines. The system began to develop in 2002 and lasted for 13 years. It broke through the difficulties of parallel large-scale grid generation technology, aerodynamic, structural and combustion advanced computing methods in the whole process of the digital analysis of aircraft design. A number of new technologies have been proposed, including large-scale numerical simulation system integration and forward and backward processing, large-scale complex aerodynamic simulation of boundary flow field, multi-field coupling calculation method of high-efficiency and high-precision aircraft structure, and simulation technology of complex turbulent combustion coupling in engine combustion chamber.
