Flexible electronic devices, with their unique flexibility/malleability, have wide application prospects in information, energy, medical, national defense and other fields. In cooperation with famous international scientific research teams, the institute proposes an extensible flexible structure based on mechanical design and reveals its deformation mechanism, realizing a variety of extensible flexible electronic devices, which greatly expands the design concept of traditional inorganic semiconductor devices. Relevant cooperation achievements have been published, such as flexible injection photoelectric devices (which can be integrated with biological tissue and successfully applied in optogenetics), electronic compound eyes, adjustable focus bionic sphere camera, and electronic skin temperature measuring devices (which can integrate with skin seamlessly to achieve real-time temperature measurement).
